I got exactly what I wanted at the time I wanted it. The only concern I have for future purchases is that some companies are stopping payments via maestro cards and moving solely to visa. As long as this is not the case I will be able to continue to buy from yourselves.

Many thanks for your comments. The site has now altered all of it products to indicate that VAT will be added on, and this is show from the earliest possible time. Delivery options have also been amended.

Yes I got what I wanted.
Yes the delivery was on time.
No ideas about how to improve your website. However, I was quite shocked ‘add on’ charges of VAT and the delivery charge of £7.50 per item. I know VAT must be paid but it should be mentioned in the advertised price – not when we go to ‘check out’. As for delivery charge of £7.50 each item this is too much and frankly it means there no advantage in dealing with you. If I want to buy these items again then I’ll go to our local plumbing store because their price is only about 20p more each overall but I would feel secure in getting them immediately without risk.

Phil just a couple of issues , when ordering the first time I had problems in understanding the payment menu and it did not seem to accept it the first time around
On delivery it would be useful to have some opportunity to specify the delivery date , as I missed first attempt when I rang and requested a Friday PM delivery you were able to comply this is a really valuable extra service .

I couldn’t make the purchase because the site wouldn’t let me enter the quantities of dry wall products that I wanted. I gave up and went elsewhere.
