I was really happy with the purchase; great prices, very good quality, fast delivery.

All materials that I ordered were as promised and at a competative price.
I was slightly disappointed that despite ordering the goods 3 weeks in advance with a clear note of the delivery date required, they were attempted to be delivered one week early and then on the actual day required they failed to show as the courier ‘ran out of time’.
The 24 hr delay in delivery did cause some disruption to the job and inconvenience trying to get through to your office to check on the status.
On the positive side your office were very helpful and chased the order for me, keeping me informed of progress.
I will probably order from you again and hope that the next delivery is more successful.

Hi, the service was OK, the driver did not call an hour before as I was told he would. This only delayed him but was still not the service that was described. That aside the worst bit so far about your service is the spam you keep on sending me, if I want to order something or have a look at which ‘great deal’ you have on I’ll look at your website. Please stop emailing me, I don’t care about your offers or your level of customer service.
In short if I had something to complain about I would, your continuous emails have just given me cause to complain.

Unfortunately, your quotes for OSB were not particularly competitive compared with many mainstream DIY stores such as Wickes. Disappointing when an order of 25 plus sheets was being considered. However I think it is excellent that you are looking for customer feedback. I will consider your services again in the future. Thank you.
ordered access panels online pay by paypal. you then email to tell I needed to pay more to get them to Northern Ireland. The cost was far to high. I stoped payment and got moneny back. I think you could use Royal Post not DHL it would be far cheaper. I ended up getting the Access panels from someone else in England and only cost £20 postage.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am looking for a 30 minutes fire resistant board to protect the floor above the shop. The floor that needs to be protected is a softwood board floor. Can you give me a suggestion which one is the most suitable fire resistant board for this case (the fire resistance board will need to be also covered with wooden floor at the end). Can you please give me a specification and a price of the board.

The products were fine & good value. The delivery service could have been better. on the website it stated timescale, however our delivery was outside that, which was not a problem if we had been contacted. When we phoned to find out where our order was we were told because we wanted a morning delivery it would take longer.If we were told that when we placed the order by phone or email it would have made the whole experience excellent.
My order included 2 x Ecotherm 50mm PIR boards. An email informed me that they were out of stock and a substitute (Celotex Tbreak 50mm) would be provided. I replied that that would be ok and presumed that any difference in price would be credited. I have had no reply to this email, I have taken delivery of the goods, but never got credited the £3.55 difference.
Although the amount is minimal, the principal remains.
I look forward to your reply.
