Order by 2pm for 2 Working Day Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver your goods the within 2 working day (as long as the delivery address is within our standard delivery area and your payment has cleared by 2pm)

Order by 2pm for 5 Working Day Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver your goods the within 5 working days (as long as the delivery address is within our standard delivery area and your payment has cleared by 12pm)

Order by 2pm for 7 Working Day Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 7 working days (as long as the delivery address is within our standard delivery area and your payment has cleared by 2pm)

Order by 2pm for 8 Working Day Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver your goods the within 8 working days (as long as the delivery address is within our standard delivery area and your payment has cleared by 12pm)

Order by 2pm for 10 Working Day Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 10 working days (as long as the delivery address is within our standard delivery area and your payment has cleared by 2pm)

Working Days Explained:

Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (excluding any bank or national holidays) Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank or national holiday cannot be processed until the first working day after that and therefore will be treated as if ordered on that day. For example: An order placed on Saturday is treated as if it was ordered on Monday (unless Monday is a bank or national holiday) at 8am.


Cut off Time Examples:

The ‘Order by 2pm for 2 Working Day Delivery’ cut off time is 2pm so if an order is placed before 2pm on Monday you will receive your goods on Wednesday. If the order is placed after 2pm the goods will be delivered on Thursday.


Additional Delivery Notes:

1. Most of our delivery locations centre in the major cities in the UK. Certain postcode areas such as PA, ML, DD, PH, KW, KV, AB, IV, HS,KA as well as mid and North Wales & North Scotland can prove very challenging. Please call 01628 361141 prior to placing your order to discuss this with us. We do not offer delivery to Northern Ireland as standard but can make special arrangements so please feel free to contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to discuss these we with you.

2. Should we have issues with stock or delivery area we will aim to advise within 24 hours by phone or email. We will offer an alternative or full refund.

3. Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard working hours 8am to 5pm. On occasions deliveries will be made earlier than this, should it be an issue please contact the office. Weekend deliveries can be organised by request and subject to an additional delivery charge. Due to the amount of products we sell not all orders will turn up on the same vehicle if this is an issue please notify us in advance

4. Delivery Times - Due to the size and volume of the type of products we sell we are unable to guarantee delivery times. We will request drivers to call in advance, this will be a request and not a guarantee of calling.

5. Orders under £247.00 (excluding vat) are subject to a small order fuel surcharge of either £7.97 or £44.97 depending on the product. This will be calculated at the Basket stage.

6. A mobile or landline number must be provided at delivery point.

7. Delivery Address - Drop off point is the nearest accessible road side to the delivery address provided.

8. Taking Delivery - You must ensure the address has someone there to accept delivery and assist the driver with bulky and difficult items such as plasterboard.

9. Delivery Access - A large lorry may make your delivery. This may cause problems when trying to offload. If you believe that there could be an issue please contact us prior to ordering.

10. Should the value of goods be less than 75.00 plus delivery we reserved the right not to accept the order and on occasions like this we will refund in full
