90° Corner Post 3658mm - RAL9010 White

This Aluminium 90 degree Corner Post is available in different colours and lengths to suit your floor to ceiling height. This product is 109mm wide and 109mm deep and should be fastened to the soffit and floor with 4 steel partition brackets. The post forms a neat factory-finished angled corner junction for both solid and glazed elevations. The internal dimensions, of this particular channel, are designed to accommodate a 50mm steel stud, with a single layer of 12.5mm plasterboard fastened to each side. Door frames can be fastened directly to the junction post, but thought ought to be given to the door position when fully open and a door stop or a small reveal behind the hanging stile may be required to enable the door to open fully 90 degrees without the door handle making contact with the adjacent dividing partition wall. Timber solid core paint grade, veneered, or laminated, doors can be incorporated into the system and these can be modified to include bespoke joinery options such as vision panels or acoustic drop seals. System 3000 can be fire-certified up to 30/0, and installed up to 3m in height – although it is possible to construct significantly taller elevations – contact us for details. This system is ideal for private meeting spaces, corridors or high traffic areas. Standard colours are readily available in RAL9010 white, BS00A05 grey, and satin anodised aluminium. Special colour options are also available at an additional cost and we advise you to contact us to establish their specific cost and availability. There is little-to-no maintenance required, although O&M details are available upon request and in the future if your partitioning lay-out requirements change, then most of these components can be relocated, to fulfil your new requirements.
