One piece, bespoke cut clear glass. We can polish some or all of the glass edges for handling or to enable the glass to be integrated into one of our partition systems using dry joints. We can cut holes of varirying sizes, produce raked, curved or complex glass shapes and bespoke cut outs and notches for any requirement. Toughened glass is processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering, by design, creates balanced internal stresses which causes the glass sheet, when broken, to crumble into small granular chunks of similar size and shape instead of splintering into random, jagged shards. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury. Nationwide Partitioning Supplies Limited cannot guarantee against spontaneous breakage of toughened glass as, although adding to the safe handling and use of the product, this is an inherent risk of the toughening process.
