To calculate your credit limit, Two uses your business data from your latest financial accounts that you have submitted or your business bank account you might have given Two access to via Open Banking (UK buyers only).

We also use other information about your business such as the number of years in operation to derive a personalised credit limit that should closely match the purchasing needs of your business.

If you’ve accidentally paid us instead of Two, please reach out to us directly.

  • You can either request that we refund the amount back to you, so you can pay the invoice directly to Two
  • Or you can request that we pay the original invoice to Two.
