DOUBLE GLAZING SPACER FOR 10/12mm GLASS 3658mm - BS00A05 Grey

This Double Glazing Spacer section adapts transition and junction posts into double glazing posts, allowing glazing to be integrated wherever required. It creates a neat factory finished transition from 75mm and 100mm thick drywall, into double glazing. The section also form a service channel for things like blind control cables. The section should be used in conjunction with an Adaptor post, which it will clip directly into, alongside two Base Clip Sections, to form a double glazing pocket. When used with a Rapide Junction Post a number of Adaptor clips are required to lock the Spacer Section into place. These clips sit naturally into a central groove, which Rapide Posts incorporate as standard for this purpose. The Adaptor clip is then screw fixed, into place, allowing the glazing spacer to align correctly and friction fit. Glass can then be offered into from both side and the glass is securely retained once the Wedge Gasket's are driven home. Glazing spacers are available from us in a range of colours to suit your needs. A range of gaskets are available to enable the section to accommodate 10mm, 10.8mm, 12mm & 12.8mm thick glass.
