Essential Patio Cleaner

Essential Patio Cleaner is a simplistic patio and path outdoor cleaner. It will remove layers of grime and dirt from your stone in less than 2 hours. The cleaner  CLEANER also contains a biocide, which facilitates in the removal of organic matter between slabs and grout, such as weeds, moss, leaf mulch, and so on. Allow the cleaner to dwell for 2-8 hours (sparingly re-applying water if the surface starts to dry) for flawless results, then do some scrubbing and/or a pressure spray to really help remove the engrained dirt, grime, and stains for a great finish. Coverage varies depending on surface contamination, but should cover up to 25m2 per 5L container on average.

2. Before use, conduct a small test application in a discreet area as directed below. This will demonstrate whether or not the product is appropriate for your surface. DO NOT PROCEED IF THE PRODUCT IS UNSUITABLE FOR YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

3. Essential Patio Cleaner must be used either straight or diluted 1:1 with clean water. Distribute the cleaning fluid from the bottle to a pump sprayer or watering can with care. If none of these canisters are available, cleaning fluid can be used directly from the bucket. Apply liberally.

4. Leave for at least 2 hours to work.

5. The cleaning fluid must be left on the surface for at least two hours, and the surface must not be left to dry during that time. If necessary, mist the paving with additional cleaning fluid or a fine mist of clean water to help avoid it from drying out. If appropriate, use a brush to work the area(s) of persistent staining, but keep the surface wet at all times. For best results, after at least two hours of immersion time, the treated area should be scrubbed with clean water first to subdue the cleaner before power washing off.

6. Keep in mind that the cleaning fluid can damage or even kill vegetation, so avoid splattering it on your garden or lawn grass. If this is unavoidable, rinse thoroughly with clean water to dilute the cleaner.

7. In areas of heavy soiling and stubborn black/white lichen spots, the retention time of Essential Patio Cleaner may need to be extended to up to 4 hours, or overnight if absolutely required, before power washing off. To get perfect results on old, stubborn black/white lichen spots, test a small area to determine the dwell time needed to remove the marks, then follow the instructions above. It is possible that 2-3 applications may be required. Throughout application, take extra precautions to avoid contact with fabrics and tarmac. The fluid may cause slight lightening of some surfaces; always test the product in a discreet area before using it.
