Lap Sealant is to be used to seal splice edges of cured EPDM and uncured EPDM Elastoform Flashing. Lap Sealants are extremely durable, and their cured rubber consistency enables them to expand and contract with the membrane.

The cured rubber consistency allows the mastic bead to expand and contract with the environment. It’s ideal for sealing wall chase details and using as a finishing bead to compression type joints.
