Our premade doorframe kits are designed for easy installation with factory milled stiles, to accommodate all the items of ironmongery that are included, as standard, without any site alteration. Most sets will be supplied as a universally handed frame with slightly oversized stiles that are mitred at both ends. The standard set includes door seals, frame & fixings, and mitre cleat. These doorframes can be optionally upgraded and certified to achieve up to a 60/0 fire rating, but quoted prices are for non-fire-rated options, unless stated. Doorframes are available in a variety of sizes, including full height, double, hospital and single with over panel configurations. Special frames with additional or special hinges can be supplied. Some bespoke doorframe requirements will require for the frames to be ordered as handed - please contact us for handing information. Special milling services can be provided for additional hinges or to accommodate specific items of ironmongery such as special locks or hinges. This service is at an extra cost, is priced on application, and we will require detailed drawings to produce these. There is little-to-no maintenance required, although O&M details are available upon request and in the future if your partitioning lay-out requirements change, then most of these components can be relocated, to fulfil your new requirements.
