Building Champions: Building Materials Nationwide Recognises Top Performers at Annual Awards

Building Materials Nationwide celebrated its highest-achieving team members at the company's annual awards ceremony on 19th April 2024 at Browns Windsor.

Suited in smart-casual attire, guests were greeted from 19:00 with a cocktail reception to mingle and catch up with colleagues from across the business. This was followed by a delicious three-course dinner which included brasserie classics like traditional fish and chips and pulled lamb shepherd’s pie to fresh seasonal plates and indulgent desserts.

The real stars of the night were the 18 award recipients who were recognised across a range of categories for their outstanding accomplishments and dedicated service over the past year. Vouchers and certificates were presented to individuals across the business from sales to accounts, digital and company-wide recognitions.

In addition to performance awards, Building Materials Nationwide also honoured team members who reached significant tenure milestones. Glass trophies were given out to team members who celebrated 5 years, 10 years and 15 years of service to the business, representing Building Materials Nationwide's commitment to rewarding loyalty.

After the annual awards ceremony which ended at midnight, the evening continued with some team members carrying on the celebrations at various Windsor town centre hotspots. The awards evening served as an opportunity to reflect on another year of Building Materials Nationwide's industry-leading performance. 

As the company looks ahead, it will continue raising the bar for service and innovation in the building materials sector.
