Our branded insulation boards that can be cut to size to fit within timber frame internal walls. For example, the Ecotherm Eco-Versal Insulation board is coated on both sides with aluminium foil composite, offering excellent thermal insulation in both new builds and renovations. 

 

Another option is Kingspan Kooltherm K12 panels, which can be used in both timber and steel framing systems, offering dry lining and vapour control in one board. We also have the superior Kingspan Kooltherm K112, offering premium insulation performance in an internal wall.

 

We also stock a range of insulated plasterboard, from manufacturers like British Gypsum, Kingspan, and Knauf. Insulated plasterboard can be a great way to add additional insulation to an internal wall, or to add insulation to a solid wall, through dot and dab plasterboarding. Installing insulated plasterboard onto metal or timber stud internal walls can help prevent heat loss in both commercial and domestic buildings. While our thermal plasterboards are all the standard 2400mm by 1200mm size, the thickness varies based on design. We also have a range of Gyproc fittings, specially designed for their range of insulated plasterboards. Using both insulated plasterboards on an insulated stud wall can be a great way to ensure the highest levels of thermal insulation in a property.

 

Insulation rolls can also be used as internal wall insulation. We have rolls available from Knauf and Thermafleece. Thermafleece offers both a sheep's wool and a recycled insulation roll, giving excellent thermal insulation within an internal wall, and also providing acoustic insulation. The Knauf Earthwool FrameTherm range also boasts acoustic insulation properties, and are resilient, non-combustible insulation rolls that can be used in internal walls.

 

We also sell a range of insulation slabs, suitable for use as internal wall insulation. Knauf Earthwool FrameTherm slabs are designed to friction fit between timber studs, inhibiting air passage, and reducing heat loss. They are non-combustible, offering excellent heat insulation. Thermafleece’s NatraHemp is a hemp-based insulation slab, offering a high level of thermal insulation between studs, whilst also giving acoustic insulation.
