High impact PVC Vent Pipe terminal with a 70mm diameter. Height above base 261mm. Length below base 234mm.
Klober Flat Roof Vent Terminals are designed to penetrate a flat roof system allowing ventilation of the roof void. The inclusive downpipe passes through the flat roof to ventilate the roof void preventing the build up of condensation and other forms of moisture build up.
This specific flat roof vent terminal is suitable for use not only as a free-vent to provide airflow around a flat roof void but can also be used without conversion or any additional accessories, as a terminal unit suitable for both mechanical extraction purposes as well as a soil pipe ventilation. This makes it ideal for bathroom extractor fans, cooker hoods and most other applications where a flat roof vent terminal is required.
