VELUX Conservation windows are essentially roof windows that offer a more traditional aesthetic appearance along with all the other practical benefits of VELUX roof windows.
Conservation roof windows are known for their ability to blend seamlessly into older, more traditional-looking buildings. VELUX Conservation roof windows come with a high-quality black paint finish on the pine core timber frame, with a central vertical bar going down the window. We have plenty of window glazing options available with both VELUX centre pivot windows and VELUX top hung windows in the Conservation range.
As well as Conservation windows in the VELUX range being available with a centre pivot or top hung roof window openings. These windows come with black external profiles, recessed installation possible for both slate and tile roofs, as well as 180° rotation functionality that makes cleaning and maintenance easier. All Conservation roof window packages come with both Insulation collar (BDX) and Underfelt collar (BFX) as well as recessed VELUX flashing kit for plain tiles up to thicknesses of 14mm.
