Building Materials Nationwide Survey & Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. General

  1. All who complete the survey and provide their details by the competition end date will be entered into a prize draw for the given survey.
  2. Anyone is able to complete a survey without entering into the prize draw but entry into the prize draw requires completion of the relevant survey.
  3. Survey end dates will either be stipulated within the survey email invite or the survey itself. If a date isn't explicitly stated in this manner, then the survey end date will be announced via email or on-site on the day it ends.
  4. Building Materials Nationwide Ltd (Herein referred to as the 'promoter') will make all efforts to make finished surveys inaccessible on the end date but in the event access is still possible, no further submissions will be entered into the prize draw.
  5. Entry can be withdrawn by contacting research@buildingmaterials.co.uk before the prize draw end date.
  6. You may only enter the prize draw and be counted once, unless multiple entry is specifically mentioned.
  7. Entry is only valid if fair effort is given to the completion of the relevant survey.
  8. Entrants must be UK residents (Excluding Northern Ireland) and aged 18 years or over.
  9. There is no entry fee or purchase required to take part in research or the prize draw.
  10. Winners will sometimes have the option to choose between prizes in prize draws when explicitly stated. If not explicitly stated within the relevant email or on-site survey invite then there will be no alternative prizes or substitutions.
  11. Winners are chosen using a random number generator with all correctly submitted entries which follow these terms & conditions as well as any other rules explicitly stated in invites or on-site surveys.
  12. Winners will be announced within at least 4 weeks of the survey end date. By entering you give Building Materials Nationwide Ltd (herein referred to as the 'promoter') the option and your permission to announce you as the winner using the alias/username you provide at the end of the survey, in the event that you are the prize winner.
  13. As soon as the winner is randomly chosen for each prize, the promoter will send up to three emails to notify the winner of their prize. Failure to respond within 5 working days will be considered refusal and a new winner will be selected via the same process.
