System 4000 Half single-glazed module

One module, 2700mm x 1200mm x 100mm - SAA, half-single-glazed partitioning. System 4000 is a cost-effective, proven, aluminium-framed acoustic and fire performance system. With an extensive range of different styles, there is scope to easily create a bespoke layout, and style, designed to suit your exact needs. There are a range of single, or double-glazed, window and door-frame options, that integrate easily into drywall systems, alongside manifestations, venetian blinds or switchable glass. Timber solid core doors can be incorporated into the system and these are available in many veneers. System 4000 can be fire-certified up to 30/0, and installed up to 3m in height although it is possible to construct significantly taller elevations contact us for details. This system is ideal for private meeting spaces, corridors or high traffic areas. Standard colours are readily available in RAL9010 white, BS00A05 grey, and satin anodised aluminium. There is little-to-no maintenance required, although O&M details are available upon request and in the future if your partitioning lay-out requirements change, then most of these components can be relocated, to fulfil your new requirements. This product line item is a single 1200mm wide module of half glazed partitioning with double-boarded solid 1200mm tall base and single-glazed above, to ceiling height, including 6mm toughened glass, in Satin Anodised Aluminium finish, up to a maximum height of 2.7m. Aluminium head channel, steel stud, track, plasterboards, clamp/cover trims, window frame section, glazing chair, glazing bead, 6.4mm laminated glass, 100mm black laminated skirting and black 6x3mm self adhesive skirting foam are all included. Wall paper, wallpaper adhesive and fixings are not. For each elevation (or run of partitioning) two sets of abutment trims and clamping strips will need to be ordered separately.
