Dandy's Topdressing is a 70/30 mix of screened silica sand and black topsoil that has been screened to a depth of around 2mm. Top dressing is used to enhance the appearance of an existing lawn, such as by reseeding bare patches and feeding it. Brush your grass to a depth of 1-2mm, then re-seed and feed it.
