If you open a cash trade account with us, the process takes two minutes. Simply fill out some details about yourself and your business. You can then start shopping for tools and materials within moments.
You can contact your Trade Account Manager between 7 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
If your Trade Account Manager is away or busy with another customer, either one of our knowledgeable colleagues can help you with your query. Alternatively, you can leave a message and your Trade Account Manager will call you back as soon as they are available.

We offer 3 routes to accessing credit for companies buying materials with us.

You can pay for an individual order online by credit through our partner Two, find out more here.
You can speak to us about your company’s eligibility for company-wide credit through Two by contacting us directly.
If you're not eligible for Two company credit and/or would prefer credit directly with us, you can also get in touch with us and we can look at what might be possible.

Yes. If you are looking for something that is not listed on the Building Materials Nationwide website, your Trade Account Manager can reach out to our network of suppliers to source everything you need to get the job done.

Yes. As well as organising a speedy delivery to your home or on-site, your Trade Account Manager can also set up a collection at your local depot. They can talk you through how this works when you get in contact.
