Concrete Inserts are used to provide a pre-set versatile support system cast directly into in concrete ceilings, walls, and floors and can be used for pipe, conduit, and cable trays. Continuous slot and spot inserts are both available, designed for use in pre-stressed, pre-cast, or poured in place concrete floors, ceilings or walls. The continuous slot inserts are designed for multiple use applications, allowing for connection points to be made at any point along the length of the channel.  Whereas spot inserts have single attachment points and offer more restricted adjustability. Unistrut Concrete Inserts are manufactured out of 1-5/8” wide, 12g steel and come in two channel depths: the standard duty P3200 series inserts are 1-3/8” deep, and the light duty P3300 series inserts are 7/8” deep. All concrete inserts (with the exception of spot inserts) are provided with either closure strips and end caps, or foam filler, to help prevent concrete seepage unless otherwise requested.
