Insulated Loft Hatch With Picture Frame - 550mm x 700mm

Introducing our insulated loft hatch with picture frame, designed to comply with Part L of the Building Regulations. With a U-Value of 0.034 W/m2K and a clear opening dimension of 520 x 620mm, this hatch meets the latest NHBC Guidelines when installed. It features a 40mm thick Danopren TR40 insulation that helps the hatch achieve the required U-Value of 0.034 W/m2K while ensuring draught and acoustic sealing.

Not only does our new loft hatch satisfy the Part L Building Regulations U-Value and NHBC clear opening size requirements, but it also boasts an incredibly aesthetically pleasing near-clear and modern finish. The hatch is powder-coated in RAL 9010 30 percent gloss as standard.

Controlled from below using a FREE Tee-Key, the loft hatch's dropdown action provides ease and convenience, and comes included with every loft hatch order. For even easier operation from floor level, you may opt for the extended 500mm Tee-Keys as an extra over option.

Made in the United Kingdom, the loft hatch comes completely assembled and ready to use right out of the box. With its lightweight design, this loft hatch is even easier to install than others in our line. To ensure that the panel will fit, make sure the opening in the ceiling is 7mm larger than the panel size.

It is manufactured from Zintec Steel with a 0.9mm thick Door and Frame, featuring a pin hinge system to hinge the panel's door leaf. The panel is insulated with a 40mm thick Danopren TR40 Insulation infill, achieving a U-Value of 0.034 W/m2K.
