Here is a brief overview of what to expect from our team.

1. Discuss your project requirements

The process starts with our Trade Account Managers discussing your project needs over the phone or via email. This step helps us understand the size and scope of the project, its location and delivery requirements. If applicable, we will ask for drawings at this stage to help speed up your request.

2. Confirm products and quantities

Once we understand what your project requires, your Trade Account Manager will work out the quantity of materials you need and move on to building a quote for you.

3. Building your quote

Our team will get to work finding the best options, ensuring all materials are compatible with your project and the lead times fit your schedule of works. Once this is all done, we'll pull together all of the information into a quote, send it over to you for review and give you a ring to discuss how you'd like to move forward.

4. Process and schedule the order

Once we have final sign-off, your Trade Account Manager can send you a payment link by email, text, or WhatsApp. They can also help you set up company-wide credit to pay for your order or use credit just for that particular quote. Delivery arrangements will be confirmed at the point of order to ensure there are no surprises on the day.
