Description
Essential All Stone Sealer Satin Finish is a specialist sealant designed for porous outdoor natural surfaces. This environmentally friendly, safe formula offers superior topcoat protection, creating a long-lasting, transparent satin finish. Essential All Stone Sealer Satin Finish dries quickly and is easy to apply, preventing water-based stains and general debris from penetrating the surface, thus making maintenance simpler. The coverage varies: 4-6 square metres per litre on textured and riven surfaces, and up to 15 square metres per litre on smooth, honed, or polished surfaces.
HOW TO APPLY:
- Preparation: Remove any loose debris from the work surface before starting, and ensure you have adequate personal protection, such as gloves, protective eyewear, a face mask, and appropriate clothing.
- Cleaning: Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry before applying the product. Check that weather conditions are suitable for application.
- Application: Apply All Stone Sealer Satin Finish thinly and uniformly using a low-pressure sprayer, micro-fibre mop, paintbrush, or soft cloth. Avoid leaving application marks or allowing the product to puddle on the surface. Do not dilute the product.
- Second Coat: Wait 45-60 minutes before applying a second layer, then repeat the process. To achieve an even, uniform finish, apply the product in the opposite direction. If necessary, additional coats can be applied to attain the desired "gloss" finish.
PLEASE NOTE: The colour and/or appearance of the stone may change when this product is applied. Always test the product in an inconspicuous area before use. Use masking tape to protect any surfaces that are not to be sealed. This product is not suitable for Kandla Grey (mid & light grey) sandstone.
