Essential Patio Perfect is a powerful outdoor cleaner formulated to remove organic substances like weeds, moss, and leaf mulch from patio surfaces. It contains a biocide and is available in 5L and 25L containers. When diluted 1:1 with water, it covers up to 50m² per 5L container, depending on surface contamination. It effectively eliminates most marks, grime, and dirt with just one application.

How to Apply:
- Ensure personal protection with gloves, protective eyewear, face mask, and clothing. Remove any dust and debris from the work surface.
- Prepare a 1:1 solution of Essential Patio Perfect cleaner and clean water. Apply liberally using a pump sprayer, watering can, or directly from the bucket, taking care not to spill on sensitive surfaces.
- Leave the cleaning fluid on the surface for at least an hour, keeping it wet and preventing it from drying out. Use a brush for stubborn stains if necessary. After at least one hour, wash down the treated area with clean water before power washing off.
- For heavy soiling and stubborn spots, extend the dwell time of Essential Patio Perfect up to 4 hours or apply an undiluted second coat to isolated areas before cleaning.
- Repeat the process if necessary, ensuring proper ventilation during and after indoor use.
Note: Essential Patio Perfect contains a chlorine-type agent that may discolor fabrics and sensitive materials. Avoid contact with fabrics and tarmac during application. Test the product in an inconspicuous area before full application.
