Siniat GTEC Universal Sealer, available in a 10L container, is specifically formulated for preparing plasterboard surfaces before painting or wallpaper application. With enhanced whiteness and covering power, it ensures a uniform surface for subsequent finishes. Notably, this sealer does not act as a vapor control layer.

Designed to unify suction across plasterboard surfaces and joint compounds, it optimizes coverage of emulsion paints. With an estimated coverage of 100m² for one coat and 70m² for two coats, it efficiently prepares finished plasterboard walls for decoration.

Moreover, Siniat Universal Sealer facilitates the future removal of wallpaper using steam stripping equipment without damaging the plasterboard paper face, adding to its practicality and versatility in various decorating projects.
