These channels are used for retaining Gypframe wall studs at the floor and ceiling junctions. The Standard (FEC) channels incorporate folded edges to provide a safer working edge. Deep Flange (DC) and Extra Deep Flange (EDC) channels are available for partitions between 4200mm and 8000mm high respectively, or in situations where deflection head details, improved impact resistance and easier skirting fixings are required.
