The screwdown system has been thoroughly tested to meet the standards of BSEN12825, the European Standard for raised access floors.
The design features a unique wrap-around construction that allows for effortless panel removal and replacement while also increasing panel edge strength. The Tate (Previously know as Kingspan) RG6 Simploc Raised Floor Panels are built around a high-performance chipboard core.
A top sheet is wrapped around and laminated to the core of the galvanised steel shell. This is then mechanically stitched to the base of the steel sheet for added strength and to ensure that the system has complete electrical continuity and static dispersion.
