Description
The IKO Ruberoid Hyload Gastite DPC is a rubber-modified bitumen damp-proof course featuring a polyester base and aluminum core for superior resistance against hazardous ground gases like radon, carbon dioxide, and methane. Ideal for hazardous ground gas systems, it effectively blocks gas migration and ground moisture in masonry walls. Its sanded surface bonds well with mortar, making it perfect for parapet walls, coping stones, and cavity trays. Compatible with heat bonding and taping, it meets BS6398:1983 standards and is CE marked to EN13969:2004/A1:2006, ensuring reliable performance in demanding construction environments.
