Block delivery can be complicated but our Trade Account Managers will be there every step of the way to arrange your delivery. Our team will be in touch after you place your order to plan your delivery. Here are some things to consider for your order:

• Delivery Access: Please ensure your site has hard, flat ground with clear, unobstructed access. Deliveries cannot be made over obstacles or to the rear of a property.
• Kerbside Delivery: All brick deliveries are made to the nearest accessible point by road—this is typically the kerbside closest to your site.
• Special Offloading Options: If you require offloading by Hi-ab, crane, or handball, please contact us before placing your order to discuss options and availability.
• Failed Delivery Charges: If our vehicle cannot access the site due to restrictions or if the incorrect delivery method is chosen, a failed delivery charge may apply. We'll always try to contact you first to resolve the issue.
• Split Deliveries: Split delivery options are not guaranteed and will be considered on a project-by-project basis. Please contact a Trade Account Manager to discuss your requirements.
