Visqueen Gas Barrier

Visqueen Gas Barrier is available from us in 50m or 25m lengths to suit your needs. This product is a multi-layered polythene sheet with an aluminum core. In order to be easily distinguishable on site, this roll is cleverly coloured blue on one side and silver on the other. It protects buildings against carbon dioxide, radon and methane. As well as gas protection, the sheeting acts as an effective damp proof membrane with both impact and tear resistance. Ensure that Visqueen Gas Barrier is installed on a smooth surface and that there is sufficient overlapping of the sheeting to cover gaps.
