This product is a fantastically robust modified bitumen rubber tanking membrane for waterproofing applications for both above and below ground. It has a sanded finish to the top surface, with a heat dispersible film on the underside. It is torch bonded to surfaces to provide a superior hold and can be used in several environments such as basements, car parks, retaining walls and lift pits. It is used effectively for gas protection as well as damp proofing. This product should be used in conjunction with Visqueen HP Tanking Primer to prepare surfaces before application.
