I am a Senior Trade Account Manager who partners with directors, buying departments and sole traders to grow their supply chain.
After spending over a decade working on the tools in the industry as a decorator and polished plasterer. I feel I understand the challenges from both sides of the fence and cater my services to anyone who needs them. As a Trade Account Manager, I am customer focused just like all of us here at Building Materials Nationwide.

Projects
James is one of our Senior Trade Account Managers here at Building Materials.co.uk. He supplied all the necessary materials for Newham University Hospital in London. The project began in August 2019 and finished in March 2020. We supplied all plasterboards, metal, plywood, grid ceilings and all the fixings!
Lurke Street, Bedford
James also supplied all the materials for a huge project in Bedford. This project started in December 2017 and finished in August 2018. We supplied everything from blocks, weather defence system, internal plasterboards, metal c stud, MF, insulation, timber plus all the sundries!
Alpha Wharf
Another project James has supplied for is Alpha Wharf and for this he supplied everything from design and supply SFS to facing bricks, plasterboards, aggregates, internal metal work, insulation and timber! This project began in October 2019 and finished in February 2021.
Buxhalls, Haywards Heath
This is an ongoing project James is supplying the materials for, two properties are being renovated with extensions, then they will be building 6 new build houses! This project began in February and James has been supplying materials such as blocks, aggregates, timber and manufacturer of block and beam floors for the extensions!
