Will my Trade Account Manager make sure I have everything I need?
Yes, your Trade Account Manager will source everything you need. They will make sure all the tools and building materials are sent straight to where you need them to be, or ready for collection from your local depot. Find out more about our delivery options.
What should I do if I cannot find the product I need on your website?
Give our friendly team a call. We will reach out to our wide range of suppliers to find exactly what you are after. The team will find what you need at a competitive trade price, as well as make sure it is delivered when and where you need it.
What should I do if I need more tools and building materials quickly?
Call your Trade Account Manager to discuss your options. They will be able to get what you need fast and arrange for your order to be collected from your nearest collection point.
What should I do if an item is faulty or damaged?
If you have received a damaged or faulty product from us, we will sort out a replacement or refund your account (including the delivery charge). Be sure to notify us within 10 days of receiving the product by email at sales@buildingmaterials.co.uk. If you prefer a collection, send us an email and we will get that arranged.
How can I return a product?
If you would like to return a product that has been delivered to you within 10 days, we will provide a refund. This excludes the delivery charge and a further 25% restocking charge. If you would prefer the order to be collected from our nominated courier, email us at sales@buildingmaterials.co.uk. We will then make arrangements to get that sorted for you.
The minimum charge for this is £22 and may increase depending on the location. We process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the products back and this will be sent to the account used for the original purchase.
