In October the Quarterly Event was held at The Bull on Bell St, these events are always fun, because everyone gets an invite. You don’t have to wait until the Christmas Party, for the opportunity to get to know people outside of your immediate team. Whether you started at BuildingMaterials.co.uk at the start, middle or end of the year, it grants everyone a chance to socialise and get to know one another, within your first month or two at the company.
It’s always interesting to say the least, they’re not all as lavish as the big Christmas Event, but it creates a more relaxed atmosphere for everyone to socialise, and have a laugh getting to know each other outside of a work environment.
