The July Quarterly Event started in the office, and ended at the Haweli curry house in Twyford. The Quarterly Events are always the most relaxed gatherings for everyone to get to know each other in a friendly environment, outside of office hours but in this case still in the office.
Especially when it's July and it's held on a Friday afternoon, and you've been sitting in the office all day, instead of out in the sunshine. It creates the best atmosphere for everyone to socialise and get together after work.
