Building Materials Nationwide’s Christmas Jumper Day Raises £250 for Save the Children
Building Materials Nationwide embraced the festive spirit on 7th December as the team wore festive jumpers and raised £250 for Save the Children’s annual Christmas Jumper Day.
The company’s Twyford head office was the base for employees to showcase their enthusiasm by wearing bold and vibrant Christmas jumpers, ranging from classic designs to quirky alternatives.
A highlight of the day was a heartwarming fundraising effort that saw employees generously donate to Save the Children, a global charity committed to improving the lives of children in need. The collective effort resulted in an admirable donation to support the organisation's vital work in providing healthcare, education and protection to children worldwide.
To further boost the festive atmosphere, the team organised a delightful buffet lunch, featuring an array of tasty treats. In addition to the traditional buffet, the company also arranged for picnic treats, allowing the team to take a break from their usual routines and indulge in the joyous spirit of the season.
The combination of festive jumpers, superb food and charity spirit made a difference and created a memorable and uplifting experience for everyone involved.
